14-Day Return Policy

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days (which depends on your bank or payment provider).

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the item you desire. Exchanges are processed separately from returns.
