At Sockspree, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. We strive to process orders quickly, and after this timeframe, your order may have already entered the fulfillment or shipping phase.
How to Cancel an Order

Contact us immediately at contact@sockspree.com with your order number and the request to cancel.

Our customer service team will check the order status and, if within the 1-hour window, assist in canceling the order.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will guide you on the next steps, which will require initiating a return based on our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders (Important Fee Disclosure)
If the cancellation is successful within the 1-hour timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 3% processing fee.
This processing fee covers the non-refundable transaction charges incurred by payment providers upon the initial transaction. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations after the 1-hour window. In such cases, please wait for your order to arrive and then follow our regular Return and Refund Policy.
